All The Right Moves crew loading boxes into the moving truck in Reno

Owner-run, Reno born and raised

Dial us and it’s Chase or a mover on his crew who picks up — never a call center. Tell us which stairwells run tight and which rooms run heavy, and we’ve got the day mapped out long before it arrives.

A written estimate you can trust

We build your number from a real room-by-room inventory, with pads, dollies, shrink-wrap and wardrobe boxes already included — no vague curbside guess.

Full house or just the fragile stuff

Kitchen cabinets empty into dish barrels, hanging clothes lift straight into wardrobe cartons, and a made-to-fit crate protects every mirror, flat-screen and slab of stone counter.

Careful hands over any terrain

The crew chief who sizes up your home leads the truck and does the final walk-through with you — from Sierra cabin roads to downtown high-rises, one team stays with your load.

Most of Spanish Springs is newer master-planned housing — Wingfield Springs and the developments off La Posada and Eagle Canyon — which usually means HOA gates, guest-parking rules and the occasional certificate of insurance. Nadia sorts all of that with the community office ahead of your date, so on move day the truck backs to the garage instead of parking three streets over.

  • $139/hr for two movers and a truck, $195/hr for three, one-hour minimum
  • HOA gate codes, parking and COIs arranged before the crew rolls up
  • Beds, sectionals and treadmills broken down and rebuilt where you want them

From a first house to a four-bedroom trade-up, our own crew carries the whole move.

What Spanish Springs neighbors say

★ Yelp
★★★★★

“We have used All the Right Moves twice before for local moves. This time we were preparing to move to North Carolina and reached out to Jordan to inquire about getting help packing two pods. He explained their pricing structure and we scheduled accordingly. The movers arrived on time and quickly got to work loading the boxes and furniture, and were careful to stretch-wrap and use the many blankets we had. We are always impressed with how quickly they work and the amount of time saved. We would highly recommend to others!”

“Highly recommend All the Right Moves. The three men who helped us were on time, polite, friendly and so efficient. It's quite incredible how much 'stuff' they can expertly fit into the moving truck! We would not even consider using any other company for future moving needs.”

Moving to Spanish Springs — common questions

Do you deal with the HOA and gate rules in Spanish Springs subdivisions?
Yes — we arrange gate codes, guest parking and any certificate of insurance with the community office before move day so nothing stalls the truck.
What does a four-bedroom move run in Spanish Springs?
Larger homes here typically land between $1,900 and $3,080 flat, depending on inventory and access. We'll come look it over and put a real figure in your hands.
Can you move mid-week to avoid weekend HOA traffic?
Absolutely. Weekday slots are easy to book and often smoother for gated communities. Call (775) 299-3926 to pick a date.

What Moving Day Actually Looks Like

  1. 1

A written figure, usually the same day you call

On our end: Tell us how many rooms, whether the crew faces stairs or a flat walk-out, and where a truck can sit — the written number lands back with you almost right away.

Where you help: Keep your two dates close, plus any gate codes or building-access rules; that’s what sharpens a rough range down to a firm price.

  2. 2

We hold the date and clear the way in

On our end: Parking, gate codes and an elevator hold all get squared away with the building manager or HOA before the date, so the crew rolls the truck straight to your door rather than lugging boxes from down the street.

Where you help: Nail down when you can leave the old place and get into the new one, then flag whichever of those two dates is hardest to shift.

  3. 3

    Wrap, pad, label, load

On our end: Every piece disappears under moving blankets, couches get sealed in stretch wrap, and the bolts from each bed frame or table go into a labeled bag taped to that exact item.

Where you help: Mark each carton with the room it’s headed to, and carry your papers, keys and anything small and valuable yourself instead of loading it.

  4. 4

Load out, haul, carry in, walk through

On our end: Whoever loads your house is who carries it back in at the other end — furniture landed exactly where you ask for it, bed frames reassembled, and all the spent wrap and tape bagged up and gone before we clear out.

Where you help: Walk the place with the chief before the truck pulls out, while anything that needs fixing is still easy to fix.

  • Fully licensed and insured — Nevada’s intrastate household-goods authority for local work, plus federal US DOT and MC authority once a move leaves the state
  • Whatever number you sign off on is the number the movers hold to — drawn from a true room-by-room count, never a guess from the curb
  • Each mover wears our uniform, draws a W-2 paycheck from us, and shows up in one of our own trucks

Request your no-cost estimate

Most weekday requests get a reply from us inside the hour.

Costs nothing to ask, and you’re under no obligation — whatever you enter lands only at our Longley Lane office in Reno, gets used to work up your price, and travels to nobody else. The Privacy Policy lays out exactly where each field is stored and which of the crew ever sees it.
